Deputy Head of Department & Qualified Person (QP) in Quality Control (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated and competent Deputy Head of Department (m/w/d) in quality control, which strengthens our team and offers both experienced professionals and young talents with development potential an exciting perspective. In this key position, you will become part of our global quality organization and contribute decisively to the growth of our site, while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your tasks: Operational, disciplinary and professional management of the quality control team, including the associated laboratory. Coordination of analyses as well as external analyses of raw materials and finished products according to common medical books and other regulations. Responsibility for GMP-compliant release of raw materials, intermediates and finished products. Qualification of new raw materials and development of innovative control methods. Qualification of the test equipment and validation of methods to ensure first-class results. Representation of quality control to authorities and customers to strengthen confidence in our products. Processing of deviations (deviation), OOS, Change Control and complaints. Cooperation and coordination with the areas of quality assurance, production, purchasing and sales to achieve smooth running and highest efficiency.

Complete study in the field of pharmacy, which provides you with a well-founded basis for your tasks. Special condition according to §15 AMG (second/second QP at the Schiffweiler site) – an important qualification that opens doors to you. You are a “Fast thinker, fast mover” – with your quick understanding and proactive action you bring fresh wind to our team. Your organizational talent and your structured way of working help you keep an overview even in challenging situations. Initiative and resilience are of course for you – you are ready to take responsibility and find creative solutions. Very good English knowledge in word and writing allows you to communicate at international level. Very good MS Office skills complete your profile and support you in your daily work.
