We are looking for IT Projektmanager / Key User - Process Optimization, E-Commerce & Vertrieb (m/w/d). The above point shall be fixed indefinitely from the next possible time.

In your responsible position, you design projects to improve our processes in e-commerce and sales. Together with colleagues from strategic development, you will advance our customer communication across different sales channels and expand the service portfolio. Technically coordinate and guide the realization of your project ideas and answer the budget. As a key user, you monitor and develop existing portal solutions, our online shop, the CRM system and the Contact Center software. You will develop the most important interfaces between our sales and our customers strategically. For this, you will create actual analyses, identify optimization options and guide new target/processes as well as digital innovations for us. Proactively, you will discuss the sales teams in order to understand the requirements of our IT solutions, then set the specifications and implement specifications. Last but not least, you interact with internal and external service providers: Thanks to you, our projects go efficiently, cost-saving and on time.

completed Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration (BWL) with IT focus or comparable qualification, appropriate professional experience in the said area of responsibility extensive experience in project management desirable, good IT skills, especially in MSOffice standard software and application-specific software – SAP S/4HANA and Shopware.
