Your role As Damage Management Lead - Automotive Operations, you take the technical and strategic responsibility for our entire damage management in the automotive environment. You are a central contact person and expert:in the assessment, control and handling of vehicle damage and ensure that all damage processes are implemented efficiently, economically and customer-oriented. In this role, you lead and develop a team of Fleet Managers / Damage Expert:inside, drive the continuous optimization of our operating processes and work closely with external partners such as workshops, reviewers:inside and insurance companies.

Control the entire damage process: You are responsible for the efficient, high-quality and economical handling of all motor vehicles in defleeting. You coordinate expert opinions, secure repair quality and ensure transparent, cost-conscious decisions. Lead & develop your team: You lead a team of 3-4 damage experts:inside, strengthen their professional development and conduct regular coaching, feedback and development talks. You create structures that ensure quality and efficiency in the long term. Partner & Stakeholder Management: You work closely with reviewers, workshops, insurance companies and internal teams. Expertise in damage management: You are the highest technical authority for the assessment of vehicle damage. You are responsible for cost control, damage releases, and participate in contract and price negotiations. Process optimization & scaling: You analyze data, identify potentials and drive the automation and standardization of our damage processes.

3 - 5+ years of professional experience in damage management, claims operations, Fleet operations or automotive operations – ideally with first leadership experience. Completed studies or training, e.g. in automotive, insurance, vehicle technology or business administration. Detectable expertise in the assessment, regulation and control of vehicle damage. Strongly pronounced process and quality awareness, structured working and joy in optimization. Ability to act clear, solution-oriented and service-oriented in complex situations. Very good German (C2) and good English (B1).

This position is located in Munich, with the flexibility to work remotely about 2 days a week. FINN has enormous growth potential.
