Own-sponsored control and continuous development of the company-wide quality management system according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Development and implementation of preventive QM methods (e.g. FMEA, risk analyses) in close coordination with development, project management and production Analysis of organizational and process structures with the aim of improving quality and optimising systems Initiation, coordination and monitoring of improvement measures (CDP) in cooperation with the departments Responsibility for the implementation of internal audits and the management of external audits and certifications Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Consultation and methodological support of teams to increase quality awareness and maintain QM guidelines

In­dustry studies (e.g. electronics, mechanical engineering) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in quality management Methodological competence (especially FMEA and 8D) Open, dynamic and cooperative team player (m/w/d) Responsibility and high self-initiative Commitment and enforcement Consistent earnings orientation Competent communication with customers and suppliers Strategic and conceptual action as well as situation-based hands-on mentality German and English knowledge in word and writing
