Implementation of maintenance, inspection and repair work on technical installations in accordance with recognised technical rules Testing the operational readiness and safety of the plants including Examinations by professional regulations Determining and eliminating deficiencies, creating damage diagnoses and limiting disturbances Documentation of all maintenance services and feedback to existing IT systems Coordination and control of foreign companies incl. Instruction, acceptance of services and support in the traceability of defects Technical malfunction service and implementation/procedure of safety and accident prevention measures Instruction, training and support of service specialists (e.g. for BMA, building control technology, MSR technology) Integration and support of new technicians (w/m/d) and occasional deployments and training at other locations Participation in standby and fault service

Electromechanical or electrical engineering according to VDE 0105 or plant mechanic for heating, plumbing and air conditioning technology and task-related additional qualification or multi-year relevant professional experience Good knowledge of operating and building engineering Knowledge of the procedures for resolving faults based on performance agreements Processing of orders according to the regulations of predetermined processes
