You develop a targeted sales strategy for ADAC memberships, insurances and financial products in the ADAC Hessen-ThÃ1⁄4ringen e.V.'s stationary sales department and implement them – always in line with the corporate goals and corporate strategy. Professionally and disciplinefully, you conduct 16 business management and the associated employees in the sales service. The sales targets in stationary sales plan, tax and control the ADAC membership, insurance and financial services products. You analyze sales key figures and take targeted measures to increase sales, tailored to the company's and specialist business strategy and their related objectives. Budget responsibility and personnel needs planning are also part of your new role. Finally, you actively participate in various regional and national projects.

You have successfully completed an economic study or comparable training in the area of banks/insurances. You have many years of sales experience in banking, insurance or a comparable environment. In the leadership of larger teams, you have at least five years of experience, ideally you have already managed decentralised teams. Colleagues, colleagues and internal and external partners treat you routined and empathic.
