Professional and organizational leadership of an ERP team (approx. 6 employees) including the team organization, implementation of employee talks and function as a contact person for the team Recording, analyzing, sharpening the requirements in a structured manner through questions catalogs and interviews, consolidating contradictions and facilitating sustainable solutions bundle, prioritize and hand over work packages to operational implementation Compare and analyze alternatives, create actual/soll views, evaluate effort/benefits/risks and create decision templates Bringing a team-wide perspective on processes, systems and data paths Working closely with the Head of Division and bringing issues to the decision-making process Accompany economic considerations and examine technical/technical aspects (e.g. data flows, authorizations, compliance) early

Complete studies: (e.g. business, economic engineering, business informatics, communication or technical editorial) or a comparable qualification from relevant professional experience in analysis, process work or project structuring Hard Skills: in the following areas: structured request collection (e.g. Use Cases, User Stories, Epics); moderation, workshops and stakeholder management; modelling and analysis of processes, data flows and key figures; expenditure/benefits and risk balancing; Creation of concise decision templates desirable: Experience with Asana o. A. & Understanding data quality/governance and authorization concepts Soft Skills: high analytical competence and strong system thinking, precision in language and documentation, excellent knowledge of German as well as communication skills, empathy and openness for new working methods and constructively shaping the team
