Strategy meets protection: Design with us the future of secure Industry 4.0 solutions. You take responsibility for the holistic security architecture of our digital systems – from IT to OT. In this key role, you develop smart security concepts for the connected production of the future with your team.

Strategic and operational design of IT and OT security architecture at company level Develop, implement and optimise a future-oriented security strategy including Policy and governance processes NIS2 and CRA conversion Leading, promoting and developing a dedicated security team Establish effective security monitoring and incident repository and emergency management structures Conducting risk analyses, vulnerability assessments and internal and external audits Taxing external partners and service providers to secure complex IT/OT environments Close cooperation with IT, OT, production and management for integrated security solutions Sensitisation and schools of employees on information security issues

Complete studies in computer science, information technology or comparable technical discipline Multiannual professional experience in IT/OT security, ideal in the industrial environment Deep knowledge of relevant security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS2, CRA) Practical experience in using SIEM, IDS/IPS and Endpoint Security Solutions Management competency, communication strength and a sovereign occurrence vis-à-vis different stakeholders Analytical thinkability, rapid understanding and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
