› Designing an open team culture as well as the esteemed leadership, coordination and continuous development of the team “Infra- und Suprastructure” (11 people), for which you are confidently working with your department management › Control and settlement of maintenance and new construction measures with emphasis on port, engineering or civil engineering › Prepare technical and economic project data › Creating and coordinating planning › Implementation of procurement procedures (VOB) › Monitoring and settlement of port infrastructure projects › Ensuring traffic safety and operational readiness of port infrastructure › Coordination and technical control of external service providers and specialist companies

› Complete study of civil engineering (Bachelor/Master) or a comparable qualification › Practical experience in managing people – very much also through the successful, professional leadership of project teams – as well as the joy of active team development › A well-founded engineering foundation with a focus on at least one of the relevant areas (such as water construction, construction engineering or civil engineering) – your qualities in the higher-level project management and your enthusiasm for modern leadership are clearly in the foreground for us. › Experience in the field of construction maintenance, construction testing or technical inventory management desirable › Knowledge required by public procurement law › Secure handling of MS Office software › Class B Driving Permit › German knowledge at least C1 level › A sense of economic relationships and a pronounced communication and team capability › Willingness to participate in training measures to further develop
