Head of Rollout and Investment Controlling (m/f/d)

General responsibility for controlling our glass fibre construction: From business chase modeling to the financial assessment of large investment decisions to the control of the entire rollout portfolio, you will ensure resilient decision-making and successful implementation. Strategic development of portfolio management: You control the rollout portfolio of German fibreglass with analytical vision holistic and in close coordination with the rollout organization as well as shopping. Consolidating investment data and forecasts: Through your structured combination of all relevant information, you create a company-wide transparency that supports economic, contractual and strategic decisions in the rollout portfolio. Ensuring cost and efficiency transparency: With your analysis of plan-actual deviations and opportunities and risks, you identify optimization potentials, strengthen the efficient management of the investment projects and shape the capex governance with the rollout organization. Central business partner role for strategic areas: In close cooperation with Construction Planning, Partner Management, PMO and Construction Roll-Out, you translate complex issues into concrete action recommendations and support decisions up to the management level. Leadership and further development of the controlling team: With your professional and disciplinary leadership, you develop employees, control processes and reporting solutions and ensure a sustainable controlling environment.

Complete studies in business management, ideally focusing on finance/controlling as well as experience in FP&A, project or investment controlling large infrastructure or rollout programs Multiannual experience with the leadership of a team with a secure sense of priorities, reliability and team development Funded knowledge in business case modeling, budget and forecast processes as well as in dealing with finance governance frameworks and KPI structures Experience in the creation, evaluation and approval of management analyses, decision templates and cost-effectiveness calculations Secure handling of SAP R/3 (FI/CO/PS), Excel and reporting tools such as Qlik or Jedox; Knowledge of VBA or database-based solutions are a plus Strong analytical and conceptual skills, economic judgment and decision-making strength in dealing with complex issues Communication and consulting skills up to the management level as well as sovereign, addressable occurrence in internal and external voting Very good knowledge of German and English
