You are a central specialist contact for clinical processes along the entire patient and user journey. You understand and explain end to end processes including upstream and downstream processes and their dependencies. You master our standard, know its degrees of freedom and can present it customer-friendly and consistent. You are confidently intervening clinical process requirements and our application specialists. You create transparency by clearly documenting and communicating process decisions, deviations and risks, as well as professional project status. You enable clinical stakeholders to make informed process decisions and ensure acceptance and sustainable anchoring of the defined processes in everyday clinical practice.

Long-term experience in clinical practice or process-oriented consulting of health facilities, including clinical core processes, as well as adjacent administrative areas (e.g. billing, medical controlling, quality assurance). Funded clinical training (study or specialist training in healthcare) ideally complemented by qualifications in BWL, process management, or project management. Embossed process and analysis competence with a capacity for structured end to end viewing. Experience in technical conception, process specification and SOP creation and knowledge in change and transformation methods in the clinical environment. Consultative personality with empathy and consistent result orientation as well as sovereign appearance in challenging project and decision situations. Analytical thinking and convincing interprofessional communication skills. For this position, you bring a high travel readiness of about 60%.
