As a pedagogical specialist, you take responsibility and care for the children entrusted to us. You work in the team, structure everyday life and develop quality. And you contribute to the fact that children and young people experience a stable, reliable framework. What you do with us: 24h maintenance in schools and support for children and young people in the context of youth assistance § 34, § 35a SGB VIII Designing an environment that enables staff and development Planning, implementation and documentation of assistance plans in close cooperation with the youth offices, schools and other network partners Support in crisis situations and help to tackle everyday problems Promoting the social and social development of children and young people Support for parental education Takeover of reference services Observation, documentation and participation in case meetings In short, you create structure for real effect.
