As a central management position, you are responsible for the overall commercial management – across regions for all locations, including the central office. With a clear focus on digitalization and operational control, you act as an important business management partner and advise on key issues relating to performance control, growth and expansion. In the course of sound economic analysis, you systematically evaluate potential locations and check business cases as well as future scenarios for their profitability. You optimise established KPI, reporting and forecast structures and optimize/automate commercial control processes (reporting, analysis, dashboards) together with external digital and AI experts. Last but not least, you will ensure clean financial and data processes by accompanying the preparatory accounting, cash register and location data as well as the document flow and coordinating monthly and annual accounts with a tax advisor.

A completed degree in Business Administration (BWL), Controlling, Finance/Finance or a related subject Multiannual (5+) Professional practice in commercial management, preferably in controlling or commercial finance Experience in the further development of financial and control processes and in digitization or automation projects Safe handling of MS Excel, ideally also with BI tools and automated reporting as well as a basic openness for modern AI tools and automation Deep understanding of profit and loss accounting, cost structures and location logic as well as the development of reports and KPI systems Embossed entrepreneurial and implementation-oriented thinking, coupled with great analytical competence and high ownership mentality
