Welcome to the team: Together we are driving the climate-neutral building stock ahead – join us as: SAP CX/CRM Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) in full or part-time, R-103001 Location: Eschborn

As a SAP CX Inhouse Consultant, you will be engaged in the implementation and further development of our SAP CRM as well as later the Customer Experience Sales Cloud (CX) solution – including the relevant interfaces. With your industry experience, e.g. as a key user in sales, and well-founded process knowledge, you will become a reliable contact for our departments. As a game changer and team player, you will be able to advance technical and technical concepts and developments together with a strong developer team. Customer requests check the feasibility in the SAP standard and ensure smooth operation in the mentioned environment. Software upgrades, updates and second- and third-level support are also part of your routined task.

A completed study of computer science, economics or a comparable qualification forms your technical basis. You have experience in SAP module assignment or consulting in the area of SAP CRM and CX Sales Cloud – including Custom. Ideally, you have already worked with future-oriented technologies such as the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Your industry experience in the energy industry is particularly valuable – alternatively, you are convinced by a high level of readiness to learn. A self-responsible, solution-oriented working style as well as the willingness to incorporate you into new systems are yours. You bring the ability to structure complex processes and always work service- and customer-oriented. Moderation skills as well as very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills complete your profile.
