Your expertise as an intern (m/w/d) for our team Human Resources Development Professionals and Executives in our Sparkassenakademie Baden-Württemberg. The Sparkassenverband Baden-Württemberg (SVBW) bundles the interests of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe – the largest financial group in Baden-Württemberg. We control, advise and strengthen 50 savings banks so that You can support their customers even better. Your room for design The Sparkassenakademie is the educational centre of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe Baden-Württemberg – a place of innovative power and thought. You can actively shape your activity: Support in the organisation and implementation of workshops and training (prescription, pre- and post-processing, new conception) Working with quality assurance (reflection of the homepage, submitted scripts, derivation of optimization measures, evaluation of events) Support for conferences (thematic research, lecture search, preparation of agings, accompanying hybrid events) Communication with speakers and participants Quality assurance in digital learning success controls Support for marketing activities such as newsletters, newsletters or flyers Conducting research (e.g. market and competitive analyses) Preparation of evaluations, reports and presentations This proves your expertise: You are a student – ideally with a focus on business, communication science, (economic) psychology or education or a comparable degree course You are interested in personal development - first experiences in adult education are beneficial A creative way of thinking and a structured and independent way of working You have good knowledge of MS Office products (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
