Educator / Curative Teacher

Full time or part time | from now on For one of our housing groups, we are looking for a dedicated educational specialist who does not want to “administer” children and young people, but to understand, accompany and strengthen them. Our work is not about fast solutions or easy assignments. We take time to understand biographic backgrounds, relationship experiences and inner systems of children and young people. On this basis, we design an everyday life that gives orientation, enables development and strengthens identity. Our educational attitude We work systemically, resource-oriented and relationship-based. Children and adolescents experience adults who are present, can withstand, guide and stay open at the same time for what is manifested. Our living groups are embedded in a nature reserve with fruit trees, animals and a lot of space for experiences and life-structural experiences. This environment is not a self-interest, but consciously part of our pedagogy: nature, animals and common activities open access, promote self-reality and make development experienceable.

Your tasks Designing a structured, reliable everyday life that provides security and orientation

Relationship work with children and young people taking into account their individual life stories

Systemic thinking: Understanding relationships, arranging behavior, understanding patterns

Promoting identity development, self-worth and individual strengths

Accompanied in life-structural areas (day, school, leisure, responsibility)

Cooperation with parents, caregivers, schools, therapists and youth offices

Active participation of the pedagogical processes within the team
