Control and management of the automation technology group Self-responsible development and implementation of strategies and principles for investment and maintenance Control and management of complex projects with high coordination requirements and many internal and external stakeholders Planning, project planning and implementation of complex expansion, reconstruction, renewal and change measures with internal and external stakeholders in secondary systems Responsible coordination as well as strategic and operational development of an efficient and sustainable operation of secondary equipment Own-responsible further development, determination and coordination of the implementation of maintenance measures of secondary equipment Commercial responsibility for investment and maintenance planning and group

Professional degree: Completed degree to:to the Diplom-Ingenieur:in or Master of Electrical Engineering (Energy Technology, Automation Technology) or equivalent skills and knowledge Additional qualification: driving licence class B, participation in readiness service Required expertise: DV/PC skills, commercial knowledge (SAP), knowledge of procurement law and project management Professional experience: over 3 years in electrical engineering, preferably in energy supply, project management and control as well as maintenance Management competencies: management and delegation, responsibilities, persuasion and enforcement, promotion of employees Social competences: customer orientation, communication and information behaviour, cooperation and conflict behaviour
