Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Area: IT Key Account Manager (m/w/d) Location: Salach

Responsibility for the operation, support and continuous development of the global SAP HCM landscape of the EMAG Group Supporting the modules personnel administration, pay billing, time management, organization management and ESS/MSS and Fiori applications Analysis, design and implementation of requirements from the specialist areas by means of SAP-HCM-Customizing Ensuring ongoing operations including fault analysis, incident processing and support for national and international users Support and development of interfaces to connected HR systems and applications Administration and support of other HR solutions such as aconso, d.vinci, Concur or comparable systems Implementation of legal, collective and operational requirements in the SAP HCM environment Planning, control and cooperation in national and international HR and digitization projects Implementation of system tests, documentation of changes and support in release and patch cycles with external support Advising HR specialist areas with regard to process optimization, digitization and system deployment Control and coordination of external service providers and consulting partners Close cooperation with SAP-based, the SAP module managers and other IT teams within the EMAG Group Designing the future HR system landscape and supporting strategic topics such as SAP HCM for S/4HANA and SuccessFactor

Successfully completed studies in business informatics, computer science, business management with IT focus or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the SAP HCM environment, ideally focusing on pay accounting and/or time management (e.g. as SAP HCM Consultant (m/w/d), SAP HCM Consultant (m/w/d), SAP HCM Application Consultant (m/w/d), SAP HR Consultant (m/w/d), SAP Inhouse Consultant HCM (m/w/d) or comparable) Knowledge in SAP HCM-Customizing (PA, PY, PT, OM) Experience in the analysis and optimization of HR processes Advantageous knowledge of the care of HR-side applications such as aconso, d.vinci, concur or comparable solutions Experience in SAP projects and pleasure in taking responsibility Understanding interfaces, permissions, technical relationships and system integrations Excellent service and consulting skills and high communication skills Structured and independent operation Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Safe handling of Microsoft 365 and common office applications
