Planning, tendering, awarding and monitoring of new construction, expansion and conservation measures of traffic control systems and light signal systems Transport control systems Maintenance costs of traffic computer systems and traffic control systems Implementation of the construction measures under the Intelligent Transport Systems Framework Plan (IVS Framework Plan) Analysis, development and definition of planning tasks complete contract processing of freelance services LPH 1–7, technical engineering support of the planning offices, examination of the planning services Creation of execution planning in compliance with the recognised rules of technology

Design and design of stationary and transportable light signal systems according to current guidelines (e.g. RILSA) Creation of signal time plans, control logics for traffic-dependent control Development of performance directories Technical construction management and coordination of assembly companies up to technical acceptance and commissioning Monitoring and optimization of existing systems via traffic computer systems

Completed university degree as a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) or corresponding Bachelor degree in the field of electrical engineering, communications technology, information technology, computer science or civil engineering, specialization of traffic technology, with knowledge in electrical engineering and/or Computer science or similar or acquired by professional experience, equivalent suitability Long-standing experience in electrical engineering/communication technology and information technology in the planning, tendering and award of freelance and supply and construction services In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations DIN VDE 0100, DIN VDE 0845 Part 2, TLS, MARZ, RiLSA, RWVA, RWVZ Safe handling of additional technical contractual conditions (ZTV) Ready-to-use knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP), transmission techniques (copper, LWL, mobile), databases, quality assurance/quality management (ISO/IEC 25010 and ISO 9000/9001) In-depth knowledge of contract and contract law (including GWB, VGV, VOB, HVA F StB, HVA L StB, HVA B StB) Secure knowledge in the field of road law (StVO, FStrG and others) and in the safety of workstations (RSA, ASR A5.2) BSI Basic Protection Act (Grundschutzkatalog) Safe handling of Microsoft Office etc. Ready for business trips Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence and the willingness to carry a service vehicle
