Website maintain: You integrierst prepared content in our CMS system and thus contribute to a professional website. Developing marketing materials: When you create factsheets, flyers and presentations, you’ll find materials structured for colleagues. Care for social media: You develop content for LinkedIn, research topics and trends, and help strengthen our position as a company and employer. Organize events: You support the planning, organisation and implementation of internal and external events. Video content: You support the design, recording and cutting of short video clips for different platforms. Organization and support: You take research, help with the coordination of photoshoots or material distributions and supports in the daily business.

Basic understanding for digital marketing: You bring first knowledge of content strategy, social media, SEO/SEA and audience communication. Safe handling of MS Office and creative tools: You work routiniert with MS Office and bring first experience with image and video editing tools (e.g. Canva or Photoshop). Social Media Know-how: You have a good sense of networking like LinkedIn and know how content works there. Very good language skills: You write and speak clearly, target group-oriented and with a certain sense of tonality in German and English. Team spirit, communication joy & creativity: You are happy to work with colleagues from different areas, want to work on new topics and find the right sound for each audience. CMS knowledge: First touch points with content management systems are a plus, but no need.
