Patent law assessment: evaluation of development projects under patent law, focusing on patents related to the active substance and the associated formulation of cooperation and communication: close cooperation with international partners, sister companies, internal development and licensing departments as well as external patent attorneys. Advice and support: Strategic consulting for management and business development in all patent-law issues to strengthen our innovative power. A convincing background expertise: successfully completed scientific studies (chemistry or pharmacy), ideally with doctoral studies in organic/pharmaceutical chemistry or pharmaceutical technology. professional experience: less than 5 years of relevant experience in patent law, preferably with a focus on the pharmaceutical-generic industry; first leadership experience is of advantage as well as already gained experience as a patent attorney. Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking: ability to proactively link IP topics to the corporate strategy and take long-term perspectives. Leadership: High self-motivation, sense of responsibility and the ability to lead a diverse team inspiring and result-oriented. Communication strength and team capacity: Impressed ability to work with stakeholders at all levels as well as solution-oriented, clear and empathic communication. Flexibility and innovation joy: joy in working with complex tasks, innovative spirit and openness for changes.
