Service Consultant / Master Mechanic for International Group (m/f/d)

Acceptance and complete processing of workshop orders, in particular for two large customers Technical advice of customers and clarification of the required maintenance and repair work Coordination of orders and coordination with the workshop team Date and capacity planning for the running workshop orders Creation and processing of workshop orders and cost proposals Responsibility for correct and complete billing of orders Commercial management of orders with a view to cost, cost-effectiveness and margin Ensuring a smooth flow of information between customers, workshop and internal contacts Support of the workshop manager in the organisation of the ongoing workshop Representation of the workshop manager in the absence and acceptance of the operational workshop coordination

Complete technical training in the motor vehicle/Nfz field or comparable qualification Ideally, further training for the motor vehicle master / Nfz master or experience as a service consultant or Workshop coordinator Experience from the passenger car area is also expressly welcome technical understanding; Experience with commercial vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers is advantageous, but no requirement Experience in order intake, customer advice and ideally workshop billing Commercial thinking and understanding for cost and cost-effectiveness Organisational designer and the ability to safely coordinate multiple workshop orders Binding and professional appearance to customers Responsible, independent and structured work Willingness to take responsibility for workshop coordination in the absence of the workshop manager
