As a management of rehabilitation and participation, you conduct and coordinate all the work and social pedagogical areas of our workshop for people with disabilities. In this versatile role, you have the opportunity to work directly with people with disabilities, as well as to assume strategic and organizational responsibility.

Guide to eye height: As a manager, you will understand that your team members as well as the workshop employees will accompany you with a clear discussion and communication style. You create space for open discussions where needs and ideas are heard and thus enable cooperative cooperation. You are always responsive and support your team in its individual development and responsibility. Creating added value: As an interface to the service providers, you work closely with them. You bring your expertise and use existing networks to create real added value for our workshop employees. At the same time, we offer you the opportunity to continuously develop and further develop. You are open to new approaches, exchange regularly with the team and implement ideas that enrich the working day of our workshop staff and the team as a whole. Documentation and advice: You are the key to precisely recognizing the individual needs of our workshop employees. Through your professional expertise and empathy, you create precise requirements and advise workshop employees, their relatives and specialist staff.

Your basis: You have successfully completed your studies of social work, social management, etc. Your experiences: You have several years of professional and management experience. Your knowledge: You have good knowledge of MS Office and data protection as well as ideally in software applications in the field of social economy.
