Your duties

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the IT department • Planning, organisation, implementation and evaluation of IT processes • Development of IT concepts for the optimal use of IT infrastructure in the company • Manage, coordinate, guide and coach IT personnel in terms of the tasks to be processed and expectations for corporate development • Planning of IT projects and their successful implementation • Conception and implementation of IT projects • Ensuring and optimizing availability of IT systems • Identify critical areas and implement strategic solutions in time • Advising employees with information technology problems • Maintenance of PCs, servers and telecommunications • Ensuring data security, network access and backup systems • Use IT budget cost-efficient

Your profile

• Computer Science or comparable training • Multiannual professional experience in IT management • Very good technical knowledge in technical management, information analysis and in the field of computer hardware and software • Experience in personnel management • Good knowledge in the field of EDI / VDA and several years of experience in the field of automotive industry • Usefulness and loadability • Responsibility • Negotiating skills • Organizational institution • Cost awareness • Team and communication readiness • Flexibility and cooperation
