Together with our team, You support parents with cognitive restrictions and their children as part of the outpatient assistance for education (§31 SGB VIII). We work closely together in the multi-professional team in order to accompany families individually and according to needs. You conduct outpatient social pedagogical family assistance (SPFH) in the home environment You accompany and support parents with cognitive impairment in everyday life, in educational issues and in the budgetary organization You promote stable and secure parent-child relationship You work closely in the team to reflect on the subject and develop joint support strategies You cooperate with youth offices, schools, therapists inside and other network partners inside You create help plans, progress documentation and professional reports You are active in team and case meetings, supervisions and concept development

You have a completed study of Social Work/Social Education (B.A., M.A. or Diploma) or a comparable qualification You have experience in the outpatient social pedagogical family help and ideally in work with people with cognitive restriction An esteeming, empathic and resource-oriented human image Structured, independent and self-reflected working methods Team skills, communication strength and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation Interest in continuous, professional training and further development
