Product Support Manager (m/f/d)

You take part in Product Support and are contact person (m/w/d) for national and international customers (m/w/d). You analyze customer requirements and develop technical-logistic concepts for device and system developments. You will create cost estimates that serve as the basis for the product support. You plan, coordinate and monitor part-projects up to service maturity – including technical documentation, training and material management. You control external service providers and subcontractors to achieve the project objectives on time. You are responsible for the dates, costs and quality of your subproject and regularly report on the project status. You actively participate in internal and external project meetings, concept talks and negotiations.

You have a degree in economic engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or communications technology or are a technician (m/w/d) with corresponding professional experience. You have several years of professional experience, a good technical understanding and well-founded industry knowledge. You have very good knowledge in handling MS-Office and MS-Project. You master English in word and writing at a very good level. You ideally have a project manager certification such as IPMA or PMI. You work independently, aim-oriented and are ready to complete occasional missions. You convince with strong team and communication skills as well as enforcement ability.
