Prozessmanager / PLM Product Owner (m/w/d)

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a motivated and qualified Process Manager / PLM Product Owner (m/w/d) with responsibility in the Project Management Office (PMO)

Process Management & PLM Ownership: Responsibility for the implementation, maintenance and further development of the PLM system (e.g. data model, workflows, product hierarchy) Responsibility for the PLM roadmap in close coordination with stakeholders analysis of technical and technical requirements; Creation of user stories and acceptance criteria Control of releases including time planning, testing, acceptance and coordination with IT, departments and external service providers Support in change management and implementation of training and user training Analysis, optimization and documentation of company-wide processes along the value chain (Mode & MedTech) Interface function between departments and system service providers

PMO Responsibility: Construction, development and control of PMO structures and standards Support of project managers through methods, tools and coaching Monitoring and reporting of ongoing projects in both product sectors Pre- and post-processing of control bodies, workshops and steering circuits Support for change and communication measures within the project organisation

Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial informatics, industrial engineering, clothing technology or comparable Multiannual experience in process management, ideally in the environment of PLM systems as well as in project management / methods Knowledge of common PLM tools (e.g. Centric, PTC FlexPLM, SAP PLM) and project tools (e.g. Asana, Jira, Confluence, MS Project) High level of organization, self-responsibility, communication strength and analytical thinking Very good knowledge of German and English
