Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

Customer support and general enquiry processing: answering customer and prospective requests and support in their concerns.

Document management and document verification: sending checklists to customers and independent control of the completeness and accuracy of submitted documents.

Prepare and hand over financing requests: build and maintain financing requests in the Europace system and hand over to the financing consultants for further processing.

Contract management: Shipment of prepared financing contracts and follow-up of returns and processing of queries with banks.

Monitoring of borrowing applications: monitoring ongoing loan applications for banks and tracking unprocessed applications.

Communication with banks, customers and partners: independent processing of queries and document requests in contact with banks, customers and partners.

CRM and system maintenance: recording of new requests in the CRM system (Hubspot) and ensuring complete processing and documentation.

Quality assurance and customer support: organisation of “Friendly Calls” for customer support after payment of the financing and coordination of video testimonials.

Reliability: You’re absolutely reliable, you’re keeping submission deadlines with banks and are very accurate when handling important tasks assigned to you.

Organizational institution: You have an excellent ability to set priorities, keep dates and tasks in mind and structure all processes efficiently.

Detail orientation: You work carefully and accurately – especially in the construction and processing of financing requests, you have an eye for detail.

Discretion and trustworthiness: You are strictly confidential with sensitive customer and company data, are 100% loyal and silent.

Flexibility: You are able to adapt to changing priorities and short-term changes in a dynamically growing team.

Loadability: You are able to keep an overview and tranquillity even in stressful situations, always think and trade in solution and goal oriented situations.
