These are your tasks: Creation and processing of credit applications/engagements: You are responsible for the careful processing of credit applications. Creation and monitoring of rehabilitation/development concepts: You create and monitor rehabilitation and settlement concepts to ensure that You are implemented effectively and efficiently. Processing of dunning and insolvency proceedings: You actively support the processing of legal procedures. Monitoring of repayment agreements/developing loans: You shall ensure that repayment agreements are complied with. Support in attachment processing: You help in the processing of paving cases and ensure a smooth running. Risk early detection/credit monitoring: You identify potential risks early and contribute to credit monitoring. Creation of Reportings: You create regular reports on the credit and risk situation. Takeover of quality assurance measures: You ensure compliance with quality standards in credit processing. Support for rehabilitation and settlement managers: You work closely with our refurbishment and settlement supervisors and support them in their tasks. Support for rehabilitation and settlement cases: You bring your expertise into rehabilitation and settlement processes.
