Completed scientific university studies (Master/Diplom Univ.) of the disciplines Urban and spatial planning, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable discipline OR Complete university studies (Bachelor/FH) of the above-mentioned disciplines with relevant professional experience in construction planning or in comparable fields of work Experience in construction planning (e.g. in a municipality, a planning or engineering office) Leadership experience is advantageous, but no requirement Interest in municipal decision-making processes and political cooperation Structured and independent operation Communication strength and safe occurrence Motivation to take responsibility and to develop professionally and personally
