In this responsible position, you play a central role in the planning and implementation of sophisticated cooling solutions for data centers. You control projects across all phases, from technical concept development to execution planning to successful commissioning and ensure that customer requirements are met with regard to efficiency, operational safety and cost-effectiveness. In close cooperation with internal departments, in particular from electrical and automation technology, as well as with external partners and suppliers, you coordinate the technical implementation of the plant concepts. Track technological developments in data center cooling and evaluate innovative approaches such as direct liquid cooling, cold water systems or hydraulic concepts in terms of efficiency, optimization potential and cost-effectiveness, including CapEx and OpEx inspections, and thus significantly influence our technology portfolio. You report directly to the management of the business unit and ensure transparent communication of progress, risks and decision-making through regular project and status reporting. With corresponding development and commitment, you will open up attractive further development opportunities within our project organization (Project Director or the like).
You have completed a degree in Engineering or Science, for example as a Master or Bachelor, Diplom-Ingenieur, or have a master qualification with corresponding further training in project management. You have several years of experience in implementing technical projects in plant engineering and ideally have knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning, in particular in the context of data centers, such as direct liquid cooling, cold water systems and/or hydraulic circuits. Personally, you are convinced by analytical and technological-conceptive skills, strong desire for success and implementation, holistic business understanding as well as a structured working and high sense of responsibility.
