It is possible to spend part of the working time in mobile work (e.g. from home or our site in Oldenburg).

You work with us in the Asset Management department during your internship. Asset management controls the long-term development of our plants and buildings – from the drinking water network to water works to technical operating buildings – and ensures that You can be operated reliably, economically and sustainably. We look at the assets over their entire life cycle: from planning and construction to operation and maintenance to dismantling and rebuilding.

You will get an overview of the tasks of the strategic asset management department. You can also actively contribute to projects and support colleagues (w/m/d) on site. In particular, you will perform the following tasks after you have been involved: Elaboration of a survey sheet to evaluate completed construction projects with a view to sustainability Data collection of building materials and their emission factors Support for design concepts such as sustainable building of workshops Support in building a material catalogue Research on relevant topics

You are in engineering studies, ideally in the field of civil engineering, environmental engineering or architecture You are interested in the subject area described You have a conscientious and structured way of working You are team-ready and approach solution-oriented tasks Your knowledge of German corresponds at least to the language level B2 You own the class B license
