Get to know our company – in the time of your training, you have the opportunity to go through all commercial departments. These include purchasing, logistics, sales, marketing, human resources and financial accounting/controlling. Become an all-rounder – in practice you will be involved in many different activities as well as the associated computer systems. Create your own flyer with our Camfil logo in our marketing department. In the HR department, you will learn the collection of working and missing times, while you work with our goods management system in sales or purchasing, e.g. offers or send them to our customers. Understanding the operational relationships – as an industrial businessman (m/w/d), you will quickly realize that there are many interfaces between the individual departments. You gradually develop a sense of how different activities depend on each other and interlock. Recognize your strengths – at the end of your training, you can take on many tasks independently and know through the 360-degree view in which department your professional future should lie. Our common goal is to use you according to your strengths and interests and to show you potential prospects in the company.

You have at least a good medium maturity Mathematical basic knowledge, such as three sets, do not pose a problem for you You are not afraid of English Ideally, you have a little experience with Word/Excel/PowerPoint You are interested in economic relations You show engagement, initiative and are still a team player
