We are looking for 'logistics' at the Ulm site, with use in Ulm, Laichingen, Oberkochen and Wetzlar at the next possible time Special Project Manager in Logistics (w/m/d) As a 'special project manager in the field of logistics', you are responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of projects for the optimization of logistics processes using e.g. Lean methods. You work closely with various departments from operational logistics, purchasing, quality, production and customer service to increase efficiency and improve the quality of logistics processes.

Project management: management of special projects in the field of logistics, including the definition of project objectives, time plans and budgets Lean Methods: Application and Implementation of Lean Methods (e.g. Kaizen, 5S, Value Flow Analysis) to Identify and Eliminate Waste in Logistic Processes Analysis and Reporting: Conducting Data Analysis to Identify Improvement Potentials and Creating Regular Reports on Project Progress Training and coaching: Training of employees in lean methods and support in implementing improvement measures Interdisciplinary cooperation: Close cooperation with other departments (e.g. logistics, purchasing, quality, production and customer service) to ensure a holistic optimization of logistics processes Stakeholder Management: Communication with internal and external stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements and expectations

Complete studies in the field of logistics, business management or related fields Multiannual professional experience in logistics, ideally in a position focusing on lean management Knowledge of Lean Methods and Tools Experience in project management, ideally with appropriate certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving competence Strong communication and team skills Self-employed and structured work
