Senior Site Manager / Regional Manager Modular Construction (m/f/d)

Our client is a renowned and successful group of companies that produces temporary container systems and module structures in turn and supplies more and more customers throughout Germany and abroad.

The family-run and dynamic mid-sized company is looking for an experienced, committed and ready-to-go superstructure manager (m/w/d) for the area of North Rhine-Westphalia and Hesse at the next possible time.

You assume the overall responsibility for the successful execution of several parallel construction projects from planning to completion in your area. You conduct a five-member project manager team in a professional and disciplined manner and coordinate and support it as well as the executive colleagues on site. You control and monitor the projects proactively and ensure compliance with quality, dates, budgets and safety regulations and standards on the construction sites. In this key position, You report directly to the management and work closely with all stakeholders such as planning, purchasing and external construction partners and – above all, public contractors. You identify optimization potentials in the organization, continuously develop processes in the sense of cost-effectiveness and efficiency and manage construction project risks to avoid delays.

You are a civil engineer or have a comparable qualification as well as in any case several years of experience as a construction manager, construction project manager or superstructure manager in civil engineering – ideally, but not necessarily in container construction / module construction. You have already coordinated small construction/project leaders teams and will see themselves in the future as a leader that enables a team to succeed through empathy, clear targets and individual promotion. You bring together sound building-contractual know-how and know the relevant regulations, standards and guidelines. You work structured, independent and independent and are a very well-organized, solution- and result-oriented project manager (m/w/d). You are happy to communicate with a wide range of people and can motivate and inspire employees for common goals. You are flexible and ready - absolutely self-determined according to requirements - to travel around two days a week in your area.
