Structure and operation of a company-wide Knowledge Transfer (KT) framework (standards, roles, templates)

Establishment of AI-based knowledge transfer: acquisition, synthesis, quality assurance, retrieval of relevant knowledge

Introduction of KT-Playbooks per exit or exit Transfer scenario: internal change, termination, retirement, end of contract, longer absence

Control of the KT-Governance: Control dates, risk reviews, reporting

Standardization of knowledge transfer in transfer/rotation/transport

Implementation of a “Minimum Viable KT” protocol taking into account HR/Legal/Regulatory specifications

Training and coaching internal teams on effective documentation and handover

Providing manager toolkits: checklists, session formats, schedules, acceptance criteria

Definition of success criteria and metrics for effectiveness testing

Complete studies in the field of business information technology, computer science, data science, technology management or a comparable qualification

Multiannual Knowledge Management / Service Operations / Delivery Enablement in an IT Service/Managed Services Environment

Detectable practical experience in the application of AI technologies in the context of the enterprise, in particular in the field of knowledge management

Experience in the selection, introduction and scaling of AI tools

Experience in coordinating and managing projects at the interface between departments, IT and management

Change management know-how to support transformation in the company

Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills

High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and liability

Very good communication skills and safe occurrence at all hierarchical levels

Hands-on mentality: ready to evaluate tools not only, but also implement them

Pleasure of cross-departmental cooperation and to actively promote change

Discretion in handling sensitive information

Safe handling of MS Office

Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
