Your new challenge:

As Local Business Field Manager (LFM) (w/m/d) They are our dynamic team and work closely with other LFMs to efficiently and competently handle cross-border customer orders. Together with your management team, you are significantly involved in the joint design and advancement of the business field. Discipline management of the business field manager as well as team management disposition. Impetus for sales measures in cooperation with our sales manager to secure market shares and to continuously expand. Proactive participation of the business area including strategy development and performance support, with full P&L responsibility. Implementation of innovations and new technologies in testing services. Promoting customer satisfaction through excellent service quality and reliable project results. Its field of application extends across southern Germany and north to Mainz /Frankfurt, where ideally your residence is located.
