We are looking for the next possible entry date License Manager (gn) (Maintenance, full-time (40h/week))

You want to unlock cost potential, ensure compliance and actively develop strategic manufacturer relationships? Strategic and operational responsibility for the Software Asset Management (SAM) and company-wide license management Development and optimization of standards, processes and guidelines in license management Management and optimization of software licenses over the entire license lifecycle Ensuring license compliance and preparation and monitoring of manufacturer audits Analysis of license agreements and identification of savings and optimization potentials Advising internal areas of licensing models and contractual frameworks Support and development of partner programs from leading manufacturers such as Microsoft, Broadcom (VMware), Veeam, Citrix or comparable providers Implementing license and cost analyses and deriving recommendations for action Creation of reports, KPIs and management evaluations

Successfully completed studies in business informatics, computer science, business management or a comparable qualification Professional experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), License Management or Vendor Management Found knowledge of licensing models of leading manufacturers, in particular Microsoft, Broadcom (VMware), Veeam or other enterprise providers Experience in handling manufacturer audits as well as ensuring license compliance Good knowledge of partner programs, certification requirements and manufacturer portals Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Impressed communication strength and a safe occurrence towards manufacturers, partners and internal stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Remarkable are certifications in SAM or license management as well as experience with SAM tools and cloud license models
