(Senior) Digital Customer Journey Manager (m/f/d)

You analyze our digital touchpoints and see how customers actually experience our services You translate data, feedback and behaviour patterns into concrete, feasible improvements You develop Personas that serve as the basis for product and communication decisions With Funnel data, heatmaps and session displays, you identify Pain Points and optimization potentials You design digital interaction points that are intuitive, clear and effective Together with Digital Products & Applications, you are working iteratively on improvements and new concepts to improve conversion, satisfaction and process quality in a sustainable manner You create automation so that it relieves customers, simplifies processes and creates a consistent experience You work closely with CX, UX, Tech and Business and promote a common content orientation You will develop analyses and reports and take steps to strengthen customer experience, loyalty and economic performance

Studies or training in the digital, communicative or creative field At least 5 years of experience in digital or transformation projects Expertise in Customer Journey Management & CRM Experience with Web-Analytics, User Feedback & Automation
