Your tasks: Management and organisation of production of our cream products Ensuring product quality and compliance with all hygiene and safety standards Planning and control of production processes and resource management Development of new recipes and product innovations in cooperation with our team Training and motivation of employees in the department Monitoring compliance with delivery times and production targets Cooperation with other departments, shift management and quality assurance

Your profile: Complete training in food craft, ideally as a confectioner, baker or food technologe/in Multiannual experience in food production, preferably in the area of confectionery or cream products Leadership experience and strong team skills Hands-on mentality to actively solve problems and optimize processes on site Organizational and Responsibility Creativity and innovation joy Good knowledge of German, English
