You come from practice and have a lot of experience in providing people with chronic wounds. You know what challenges the daily wound care entails. You like to pass on your knowledge and support other professionals in their Complex medical contexts can be explained in a comprehensible and vivid manner, and you can see what content is really relevant to practice. You are curious about new ways of teaching knowledge: in personal exchange, in training as well as in digital formats. Complete training as MFA, nursing skills or a comparable qualification in healthcare, as well as at least three years of practical experience in patient care, ideally in the care of chronic wounds. Experiences in the guidance, training or further training of others are a plus, for example as a practical guide, VERAH or NÄPA. Dealing with digital applications is easy for you or you want to get to know new tools and learning formats. You don't have to be a professional, your openness is important to try something new.

You develop practical medical content around modern wound care for training, e-learning, videos and workshops. You use your knowledge and experience from the supply to prepare medical topics in a comprehensible way and make them applicable to other professionals in everyday life. Your perspective from practice brings you into the further development of our products, services and content. Medical content is checked and evaluated professionally and ensures that You can be used correctly, securely and in practice. Together with internal teams, medical experts and external partners, you develop learning and knowledge formats that support professionals in everyday life. You design and guide trainings and workshops yourself and convey your knowledge so that other professionals become safer in dealing with wounds. .
