Working in the team: From the first day, you work closely with AI experts, UX/UI designers, IT and CHECK24-wide specialist areas such as Data Science. Improve product: You actively test and analyze competition and technological trends Realizing ideas: You introduce your ideas and create concepts for new features on the basis of competition and market performance Real innovations: You use Generative AI to develop groundbreaking new features for our customers and at the same time optimize your daily work by consistently using AI-based tools (e.g. Figma, Lovable, ChatGPT) Managing Agile Projects: You take over project management from prioritization and conception to the management of IT teams to the implementation and testing of new features and improvements, thus ensuring a fast go-live Measure quality and ensure: You continuously analyze tracking metrics, test A/B tests and guide specific action recommendations from the most important success metrics

Education: Current university studies with above-average performance, ideally with economic and/or technical/IT-related background (BWL, Global Business Management, Media and Communication Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) Smart solution finding: Quick conception and strong conceptual skills to penetrate complex relationships as well as hand-on mentality to quickly find and implement pragmatic solutions Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Analytical, Structured and Independent Working to continuously improve, find and implement pragmatic solutions based on data and facts Digital Mindset: High IT and Internet Affinity, great interest in e-commerce and digital trends and good technical understanding and/or the will to engage in technical topics in order to be able to argue professionally with IT at eye level Curiosity for AI/LLM tools: Safe handling of MS Office (in Excel) and Jira as well as curiosity and experience in using AI/LLM-based tools (e.g. Figma, Lovable, ChatGPT, Gemini, CursorAI) – ideally both privately and professionally – to develop product concepts, mockups and to test new working methods in conception, Feeling for UX/UI: Good eye for design and an outstanding user experience to make our frontends appealing and easy to understand Drive and Communication: Very good communication skills and team skills to ensure quick and constructive coordination with a wide range of stakeholders in the dynamic environment Language knowledge: German language skills in word and writing
