End User On-Site Support Troubleshooting of hard/software and network problems on site Personal support for VIP users and support in critical situations Installation & Configuration of IT equipment (PCs, Laptops, Printers, Mobile Devices) Technical support for the onboarding of new employees Support for Cybersecurity Incidents according to defined processes
  2. Workstation Management Imaging, configuration & security setup Licensing, Permission Management, Profile Setup Monitoring system state and device lifecycle Preventive maintenance & problem detection
  3. Meeting room support Regular review of audio, video and conference technology Support for important business-critical meetings Troubleshooting of collaboration tools (teams, Google Meet, Zoom, etc.)
