The Operational Management & Governance Services & Transition is the central gear in the implementation of the end-to-end operation and is responsible for both the development and implementation of the further development of shared service operations with the Zero Touch Operations orientation. Service Transition is the link between the service lines, projects and service areas of shared service operations. The core task is to enable and support the performance-generating units of shared service operations in terms of their task. It is important to improve existing process and process processes and to integrate new topics into a standardized process and process landscape. This also includes the coordination and solution of topics from the production units with the service lines and ongoing projects.

Graduate degree with relevant discipline or IT vocational training with several years of professional experience in IT service Comprehensive knowledge of our customer's LAN and passive infrastructure Wide experience in operations Very good IT knowledge, especially in ITSM and IT processes Experience in the application of IT processes according to ITIL V3 (certification of advantage) Good knowledge of the organization of BWI GmbH Knowledge in MS Office and IT architectures in local networks or long-distance networks Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Driving licence class 3/B
