Working student HR Business Partnering (m/f/d)

Supporting the HR team along the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, talent management, performance management and employee relations topics Maintenance of SharePoint pages, HR knowledge databases and document and storage structures Support of HR colleagues at various locations in Germany for administrative, operational and project-related HR activities Participation in the maintenance of HR systems, employee master files and personal files to ensure high data quality and integrity Support in the testing and analysis of existing HR reports, dashboards and KPIs to ensure data quality and support sound decisions Cooperation in the optimization of HR processes, systems and digital modes of operation by identifying potential for improvement and introducing own ideas Participation in HR projects, process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives Participation in local HR initiatives and measures to promote employee engagement Close cooperation with HR teams, employees and departments across different locations and functions

Current bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Social Sciences or a comparable degree course (at least in the 3rd semester) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Impressed organisational capacity as well as a structured, careful and self-responsive operation High level of integrity, discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential and personal data Safe handling of Microsoft Excel as well as common Microsoft-365 applications Embossed communication and team skills combined with a service and solution-oriented approach Analytical strength as well as the ability to prepare, evaluate and explain comprehensive data volumes in a structured manner
