The LernLab IT is our multifunctional learning site for our IT juniors. Here, we combine theory and practice to form a training concept that is consistently geared to the requirements of later work, and accompany our apprentices and dual students on their way to the complex IT world of the DRV-Bund. The body shall be terminated by 31 December 2028 with the option of extension and/or determination.

As a team leader, one of five teams at the LernLab IT. You are responsible for the development of your employees as well as the quality of training and study and, together with the department management and other team management, shape the future of the LernLab IT. To do this, you will take the following activities: Observe professional and disciplinary personnel responsibility for your team as well as for the IT juniors assigned to you Active use of management tools for personnel development and operational health management Taxes and responsibility for the further development of teaching and learning methods with the aim of creating a motivating learning environment and achieving the training objectives safely, as well as ensuring uniform procedures at the LernLab IT Ensure high-quality theoretical and practical training as well as support for the professional and personal development of IT juniors Implementation and follow-up of measures on training concepts in close coordination with the department management and other team management Care for a reliable and solution-oriented exchange with the stakeholders of IT training and IT studies, in particular vocational schools, universities and practical partners in the departments

You have a successfully completed university education (Diplom-FH, Bachelor) or an equivalent qualification (e.g. a specialist), preferably with IT focus, as well as at least three years of professional experience in the IT-related field. You have at least three years of professional experience in the theoretical and practical training of trainees and/or students, as well as the coordination and organisation of training courses which are no longer than 3 years behind. You have a high level of social competence and team orientation in the cooperation of all participants in the training and are interested in accompanying and promoting young people in their professional and personal development. You are able to control your own procedures in the training process in a targeted manner and flexibly set priorities You are willing to provide the necessary evidence of professional and work pedagogical knowledge in the training regulations, unless You exist, within a reasonable period of time.
