You're taking content creation in the field of e-learning: creating creative, interactive courses, learning videos, knowledge tests and training documents You help us update our knowledge database with work instructions and news for our service employees First click dummies with Figma for processes in service You participate in the development of knowledge management and test new tools in the field of AI and e-learning You work with exciting projects in the field of customer experience You will get insights into our agile working and into the Telko industry
You have fluent German skills (orally & written) You have fun learning new skills and dealing with AI You are interested in customer service topics, knowledge transfer and design You're laughing at work.
