Implementation of medically prescribed measures. Tour planning: creation and organization of daily deployment planning. Documentation: Careful and structured care documentation. Support in everyday life: help with eating and drinking as well as assistance with toilet walks. Prophylaxis: implementation and participation in prophylactic measures. Teamwork: Close cooperation with colleagues, relatives and the interdisciplinary team.

(m/w/d) is a prerequisite for this position. Experience: IIdeally experience in the semi-stationary care. Team spirit & empathy: Reliable, communicative work and value-adding handling of guests and colleagues. Flexibility & mobility: Class B driver's license is desirable to be able to support the driver's service if necessary (e.g. in the case of representations in the team).

Payment: For a weekly working time of 30 hours, the monthly gross salary is 3.150,00 €. In addition, you will receive a monthly supplement of 142 € gross.
