Description As a Master of Science in the Process Management degree program, with the focus on “Controlling Business Processes” you support us in the exciting project on the biggest acquisition in the Bosch company history. You are part of a central project team responsible for coordinating, monitoring and managing the project activities – with direct influence on strategic decisions and their implementation. In the dual training system at the Bosch Home Comfort Group, theory and practice are closely linked. Qualified lecturers from the Technical University of Mittelhessen (THM, Wetzlar site) will teach you theoretical expertise while collecting your practical experience in the company.

• You work independently on the analysis and further development of cross-project control processes and actively design standards, templates and communication structures within the acquisition project.
• You support the project team, among others, in the context of the design of project bodies, the creation of decision bases and the interface management between project teams and external partners. In doing so, you will put the main topics of the study subjects into practice.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor in Business Administration, Economic Engineering, Engineering or Similar
• Experiences and know-how: first knowledge in project management and process management, very good knowledge in MS SharePoint as well as experience with MS Office (excel andamp; PowerPoint), knowledge of project tools such as MS Project or Jira are advantageous
• Personality and mode of operation: you are strong in communication and are safe in appearance in an international environment; you adapt flexibly to new requirements, inspire for new topics, work team-oriented and always take responsibility
• Languages: very good German and English skills
