In our business area about 100,000 people live, and it includes economically interesting region of the city of Baden-Baden and the front Murgtals with Gaggenau, Kuppenheim and Bischweier. We are looking for the next possible appointment Teamleiter (m/w/d)

What you expect: You lead and control a team of analysts and credit experts and are responsible for implementing legal and supervisory requirements You take responsibility for performance, productivity and further development of your team You support the team members and the market employees in all matters relating to the asset business and credit and balance sheet analysis in commercial and corporate credit business You participate in projects, initiate and accompany changes in workflows and ensure their successful implementation As a process manager, you will ensure the methodological and technical aspects of aligning our processes to the standard of the S financial group and advise your team members You moderate workshops as part of process changes and are contact persons for market and staff What distinguishes you (m/w/d) and ideally with the additional qualification Bankbetriebswirt (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification with additional seminars You have sound credit expertise in finance and credit law and have several years of experience in credit management You have a high degree of communication skills, leadership and social competence as well as decision-making and implementation skills You are happy to join the team and are able to adapt to different target groups You have profound experience in credit processes and cooperation in projects are further properties that you qualify for the job You are open to innovations and have a pronounced problem-solving competence What we offer An unlimited working relationship with flexible working hours Remuneration after TVöD-S with its attractive additional services An interesting and varied activity with a long-term perspective Attractive training opportunities Additional services such as health care, occupational health insurance, bicycle leasing Be active – contact us.
